The healthcare system is rigged and we are not going to put up with it. If you want high quality care for your employees at a fair price then you need to take an active role in making sure employees get that care. Sending a $15 per hour employee for cancer treatment or an organ transplant to the Mayo Clinic to see the best doctors in the world is WORLD CLASS. Walmart has figured out that if you get the RIGHT care at the RIGHT place from the RIGHT team of doctors at the RIGHT time and for the RIGHT price you and the employee win.
